Sterling Silver Care

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time due to exposure to air, moisture, oils, and everyday elements. This is a natural process and can easily be restored with gentle care.

To clean your sterling silver pieces, gently polish them with a soft jewelry polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine. For a deeper clean, you can use a mild soap and warm water solution, gently brushing the piece with a soft toothbrush. Be sure to rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth before storing.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, and household cleaning products, as these can affect the finish of your piece.

Gemstone Care

Natural gemstones are unique and can vary in color, texture, and durability. To protect your gemstones, avoid harsh sterling silver cleaning solutions, as some cleaners can be too abrasive or may affect certain stones.

For gemstone pieces, we recommend using a soft polishing cloth and gentle cleaning methods whenever possible. Diamonds are generally more durable and can safely be cleaned with most standard sterling silver cleaners, but we still recommend using care and following the cleaner’s instructions.

Storage

When not wearing your jewelry, store each piece in a dry, protected place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box, to help prevent scratching and tarnishing.
